The Boss Roofing Story

Before Boss Roofing became what it is today, I remember a pivotal moment back in 2005. My great uncle hired us to do his roof in Galva, IL. I had worked for a few local contractors, but that day, as we drove back from Galva, I couldn’t help but think, “If we could install just one roof a week, we could do all right.” That’s when the vision for Boss Roofing began to take shape.

On September 16, 2005, Boss Roofing – Siding Experts was officially established. The goal was simple – to build a brand that not only offered high-quality service, but also provided an opportunity for growth to others. Looking back, the growth we’ve experienced over the years has been nothing short of amazing. And I can’t thank our community, customers, our families, and my incredible team enough for being part of this journey.

In 2013, we took a huge step and moved into our first office outside my home – a modest 900 sq ft space. It was just down the street from where we moved in 2014 to a larger location that gave us even more room to grow. Fast forward to the end of 2024, we moved in to our new building in Sterling, which provides us with even more space to continue expanding. It’s been an incredible and rewarding journey, and I couldn’t be more grateful for where we are today.

As we look to the future, I’m excited to see what the next decade will bring. Thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way. Here’s to many more years of success, growth, and giving back to this amazing community.
